Protecting your personal data is important to us. Below we inform you, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data on this website.

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Nexoy GmbH
Schopenhauerweg 10

Germany
Represented by: Tanja Maass (Managing Director)

2. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW), Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.

3. Accessing the website and server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in what are known as server log files, which your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of access, the page accessed, the browser and operating system used, and the previously visited page (referrer). This data is used for the technical provision, security and stability of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted after a short period.

4. Contact form

When you send us a message via the contact form, we process the data you provide (first and last name, email address, company where applicable, the selected enquiry topic and your message) solely to handle your enquiry.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and — where your enquiry is aimed at concluding or initiating a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We store the data until the purpose of processing no longer applies or you request its erasure, provided no statutory retention obligations prevent this. The data is not shared with third parties, except for the email delivery described below.

5. Email delivery

Messages submitted via the contact form are transmitted in encrypted form to our email inbox and processed there. For email delivery we currently use the Gmail service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. A transfer of data to the USA cannot be ruled out in this context. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in reliable communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

6. Fonts

This website uses only fonts hosted locally on our own server. When the pages are loaded, no fonts are retrieved from external servers (such as Google Fonts); your IP address is not transmitted to any third party for this purpose.

7. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" in your browser's address bar.

8. Validity and changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy is dated July 2026. As our website evolves or due to changes in legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to amend this privacy policy.
